Dr. Goisse, a proud alumna of the University of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, is a distinguished physician board-certified in Family Medicine. With over 24 years of experience in patient care and more than 25 years specializing in injections, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures, she is deeply committed to helping individuals look and feel their best.
Her passion for founding this medical spa stems from her extensive medical training, where she learned the importance of healing the body from the inside out. She wanted to complete the full-body transformation by offering services that promote both aesthetic enhancement and overall well-being. By integrating state-of-the-art anti-aging treatments with a strong medical foundation, she strives to provide services that support longevity, confidence, and personal self-care.

She is passionate about enhancing natural beauty, she specializes in using various neurotoxins to achieve subtle, rejuvenating results.
Elaina Mills
RN, BSN, Esthetic Injector
Elaina Mills is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience and she has over 3 years experience specializing in dermal fillers and botulinum toxin. She began her nursing journey at UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing and continued her education at Waynesburg University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Currently, Elaina is advancing her career at Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois, pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, with graduation anticipated in February 2026.
Passionate about enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence, Elaina enjoys hosting personalized Botox parties and events throughout Fayette, Washington, Westmoreland, Greene, Allegheny, and surrounding counties. She tailors each experience to meet her clients’ unique goals, ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered in their own skin.

Paula Bennett
IV Therapy Nurse
Paula brings over 40 years of direct patient care experience to our team, with a strong background in critical care and advanced certifications, including CCRN and CPAN. Her extensive clinical expertise includes accessing fistulas and grafts, working on the hospital IV team, starting IVs in both inpatient and outpatient pre-operative settings, and performing IV insertions, blood draws, and injections with precision and calm confidence.
Paula is dedicated to delivering the same gentle, expert care that defines the MediSpa experience. Her steady hand and compassionate approach help ensure every client feels comfortable and cared for. She is a graduate of
Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, PA, and is proud to be part of the team at Montgomery Medical. She joined

Megan comes to us with years of experience since 1996. Her background includes working within aesthetic and dermatology practices, and she has also been a beauty instructor in Pittsburgh, PA. Megan is a dedicated licensed esthetician with a passion for skin care. She is diligent in providing a thorough skin analysis and customizing treatments that get results and promote healthy skin longevity.
She has an eye for precision and creates a pleasant experience for her clients. Megan offers anti-aging facial treatments, microdermabrasion treatments, skin pen microneedling, Morpheus8 RF microneedling treatments, chemical peels, dermal infusions, dermaplaning, hydrating facials waxing services, and so much more. Mariah Kostelnik
Licensed Massage Therapist
Mariah Kostelnik is a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist with nearly four years of hands-on experience. A 2022 Valedictorian graduate of LBI, Mariah began her career providing sports therapy at a local chiropractic office, where she developed a deep understanding of body mechanics and pain relief.
She offers a variety of massage modalities — including Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, and cupping — and specializes in deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Mariah is passionate about customizing each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, whether they’re seeking relaxation, recovery, or relief from chronic tension.

Abbey Wolfe
Licensed Esthetician
With over five years of hands-on experience, Abbey Wolfe is a licensed esthetician specializing in advanced corrective skincare treatments. She believes that true skin health is a journey, not a quick fix, and is dedicated to creating personalized, long-term maintenance plans for every client.
Abbey combines her passion for glowing, healthy skin with results-driven treatments such as HydraFacial®, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and VI Peels. She proudly partners with Circadia, using their science-based skincare line to enhance results and support the skin’s natural renewal cycle.
