Pre-Treatment Instructions

• Clean Skin: Arrive with the treatment area free of makeup, lotion, or SPF.

After your Lumecca session, diligent sun protection is your top priority. Your skin will be highly photosensitive for at least two weeks, so you must wear a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sunlight. While facial flaking typically finishes within a week, body treatments may take up to 14 days. Finally, avoid heat-inducing activities like intense exercise or saunas for 48 hours, and wait at least 24 hours before applying makeup.
